I certainly recommend James as your real estate professional. James helped my wife and I find an income property in the city of Lancaster. He was involved in every step of the process and when there was a problem with the bank’s appraiser not bringing the property at value, he contacted the bank and they readjusted the appraisal upwards. He is knowledgeable and a very nice guy, with many years of experience!

James Baker was very exacting in his dealings with us. Not familiar with the real estate business I was having difficulty filling out the different forms necessary for the transaction. A simple call to James and he remained on the line explaining what the legal jargon allowing me to complete the form which I looked at as a nightmare.
