Bottom line ...He had an offer in 2 weeks and closed our house in 2 months. Much faster than homes are selling in our neighborhood and sold for over asking price. He provided the buyer motivation before and during the sale, and in our case during the escrow when the buyer had glitches in selling his house when his cash buyer bailed at the last minute and another buyer had to be found. He worked closely with the buyer's agent, the lender and all parties involved to make our sale happen. He helped us prep our house with ingenious advice like making an unused storage space into an attractive wine cellar. He explained and made sure we were protected in the contract. He had our back.

James became a friend not only my agent. James didn't need to wear a gold coat and tie to impress as a professional, his actions spoke for themselves. James walked my wife and I through the home buying process and all along was a assuring and calming inspiration to us to find the home of our dreams. James was on top of everything and all the parties involved, going out of his way any day of the week or time. Even with his own busy personal schedule he still managed our goal. For example; James would bring his lovely near-term pregnant wife along to view properties and, James even called me to discuss my escrow the day after his daughter was born with his newborn in his arms. Now....what agent would do that for his client! James is a very experienced and professional agent, an inspirational motivator but, most of all a gentleman with a very pleasant personality. Gets the job done. Very good at determining sale price. Except for the problems with the 1st potential buyer, James moved on without missing a beat. He was always very good at returning calls.

Some might say my experience with James was an exception. Wrong It was clear from the very beginning that Jim knew exactly what he was doing and in such a professional way.
