I called James from out of state with very specific real needs in a home purchase and cross country move. He spent over an hour on the phone with me on that first call, getting to know everything he could. He was more of a friend than an agent. He found us a house to rent while we shopped for the perfect home. The more I got to know him the more I realized the depth of his knowledge and experience. He is always there to answer questions and helped us through every aspect of the process. We would definitely recommend and use him again when the need arises.

James Baker is an amazing person. From the moment we met, James Baker was set out to prove he was a few steps ahead of the rest. His experience shows, he is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. James has so much experience he can give you and example of every scenario possible when it comes to buying, and a story to go along with it. James sends you the homes you are looking for, then is available to go see them in person the same day. Available for phone calls and meetings as much as you need. When it came to getting the home we selected inspected he made that very simple and broke things down for us to understand. He has a team that he works with and trust to get the rest done for you. If you want it James Baker can deliver. James was with my wife and I the entire process and made us feel like family. My wife and I have gained a lifelong friend in James Baker.

James was great at responding to my ever changing 'wants and needs' list. He and his team continuously updated me with properties that fit and exceeded my expectations. And we're proactive in scheduling visits to available properties. James has a borderline encyclopedic knowledge of everything related to the Antelope Valley and to Real Estate. His wide-ranging experience is gladly shared with his clients; even patiently taking time to explain things thoroughly to those of us who are first-time home buyers. James showed a work ethic I don't see too much these days. He wants to ensure his client has the best experience they can during what can be a stressful time. He also wants to ensure they get the best deal for their house and is not just in it for the quick buck. He stays on top of everything and is very accommodating. During the entire sales process I actually moved out of the house to my new location and James was there to address any inspections, repairs, etc. that came up.
