He is detail oriented and he always goes out of his way to make sure we understand what we are doing and where we are in the process. James uses a custom MLS to help us more quickly find the best properties which saved us tons of time and effort. He works very well with other realtors and is polite and professional, but he gets down to business to help you complete the tedious paperwork to close the deal. When we met James it was at his home so that we could sit down and discuss what we were looking for, when we were planning to buy, and where. He took a lot of notes, he was extremely attentive to our needs and desires. He makes you feel like you are his only client. You get the sense that he cares as much as you do about getting just the right house. He isn't about just making the sell, he is about making sure you get what you want and that the price is right for the property you are buying. In other words, if he doesn't feel the property is worth what is being asked or that the property is under par, he will honestly advise against it. It will sound like just something you just say on such reviews, but behind these next words are real meaning. "He really did get us our dream home." It met all of our must have check lists and then some. The pool and sauna was a bonus. That wasn't a must have, but it added to just how beautiful the home already is. We wouldn't dream of having anybody else now. In all our future buy or sell situations James Baker is the man for us. He comes highly recommended and with good reason. My wife and I lived at our home in Lancaster, CA for over 25 years. James is very knowledgeable and very quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns. It is a pleasure interacting with him--he is very personable. I met James at a crucial moment in my families life. My landlord had texted me he was now going through a divorce and needed us to know we'd have to move soon. That day (which was a Sunday) I downloaded the Zillow app and started looking. I came across a beautiful two story home that would be perfect. James was the Realtor handling the property and actually answered his phone on a Sunday evening while he was with his family and 1 hour later was showing us the home.
