GREETINGS James Baker helped me get the deal of a lifetime. We found a 2500 square foot 5 bedroom 2 bath home on 3.25 acres within 2 hours of it going on the market. When I viewed the property there were over ten people there viewing it also. Most of them were on the phone trying to get financing. The realtors were telling me that it would go to a bidding war and sell for significantly more than the asking price of 159,500. James constructed a cash offer of 165,500 that would expire in 24 hours. It didn't take long for them to accept it. After a few days they received my wire transfer for payment in full and I started moving in within 2 hours. The tax assessor assured me the home was worth at least 240,000.
